Refund Policy

Paid letters are not on sale yet. This is the policy that will apply when they open.

If your letter doesn't reach you

Your letter opens on screen right after you pay, and we also email you a link and a PDF. If you can't find it:

• Use Resend my letter on our site with the email you paid with, or
• write to hello@mrseonbi.com.

We'll send it again right away. If we still can't deliver it, you get a full refund.

If your chart has a calculation error

Write to us within 14 days of purchase. We'll correct your letter or refund you in full — your choice.

Other cases

Your letter is personal digital content, delivered as soon as you pay, so other refunds are at our discretion. If something feels wrong, write to us anyway; we read every message.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
